Daniel Guinn Wins Mayflower’s Van Operator of the Month
Brunswick, OH (February 2022) - Daniel Guinn, driver for Armbruster Moving & Storage since 2020, was awarded Mayflower’s Van Operator of the Month Award for the East Region. He is one of three operators for Mayflower agents to be recognized for January 2022. Another driver for Armbruster, Braiden Takacs-Centeno, was recognized as an honorable mention for this award.
This recognition is based on the driver’s scores for the month, including measures such as safety, claims, and customer satisfaction. The driver with the highest scores within their category is granted the award for the month and becomes eligible for Van Operator of the Year, competing against all Van Operator of the Month recipients for 2022.
Guinn finished January with a claims ratio of zero, a safety performance rating (SPR) of 35,425, and a customer satisfaction rating of 99.01. “Dan’s constant attention to detail in customer satisfaction and completing the job right has led him to earn this award, and we hope he succeeds to Van Operator of the Year,” says Clay Armbruster, Armbruster’s General Manager.
