Our mover training program will teach you an exceptional skillset to be a successful professional driver & mover in our industry. Our team has many accolades from ATA driver of the year award to platinum quality awards with partners.

Basic

Learn the 15 basic moving skills

Packing

Learn and execute the 13 packing skills and pass the field test to get a pay raise and move onto the next level

Salary Range

The 15 basic moving skills & 12 packing skills are required to learn and pass field test for employment with AM&S

Crew Leader

Once you learn all 21 crew leader skills you will be field tested. Pass the field test to get a pay raise and move onto the next level
