Sue was awarded the prestigious Heart of Quality award by Mayflower Transit out of hundreds of move coordinators within Mayflower Transit. The annual Heart of Quality award was created to recognize excellence among move coordinators. The move coordinator serves as a key point of contact for the customer and service providers to make the moving experience successful from preparation through final delivery. As an integral part of the moving process, the move coordinator's role includes keeping the customer informed, being available, advocating, coordinating and consulting on aspects of overall move coordination. The top move coordinators from each van line and size category are recognized for their work during the calendar year.

The most amazing moving company I've ever worked with! We moved a family member into an independent living facility and the elevators were down. Of course, we were moving to the third floor. The gentlemen were so kind and even offered to start carrying items up the stairs. We had a 3-hour delay until the elevators were fixed and the movers never complained. They treated the furniture as if it were their own grandmothers and were incredibly careful. I would not hesitate to recommend Armbruster to anyone!

We had furniture delivered to our house. The gentlemen were very professional and kind. They moved a very heavy piece of furniture upstairs for us, which we would have never been able to do ourselves. We will definitely use Armbruster Moving & Storage in the future.

The crew that showed up were absolutely fantastic. Extremely personable and friendly. They took the time to understand the need and asked questions when unsure about what was going or where to place things.
Armbruster came highly recommended by a couple colleagues and I can see why! The movers arrives on time and were extremely efficient. They did a walk through of the house to see what was being moved and what wasn't, and then loaded up the truck. When they arrived at the new place, we did another walk through to discuss where things were going to go. They unloaded the truck very efficiently, and confirmed with us where certain items should go when it hadn't been discussed before. They then did a final walk through to ensure everything was where we wanted it, and moved another piece of furniture when we had changed our minds about where it should go. Overall I would highly recommend Armbruster! Our only small complaints are that our TV remotes were not moved with our TVs, so we're not sure where they went, and one of our cabinet doors broke during the move (the materials were flimsy so we understood it was likely to happen).
