Update 1.5 years later: FIVE STARSUsed Armbruster AGAIN for my move today because I had such a good experience. They did not fail to meet my expectations. Service just as professional as last time. Polite, nice, and fast moving staff. Great, speedy communication with the team beforehand and during service. Would recommend to anyone I know.—A seamless move. Very easy. Kind pair of movers who were very helpful, skilled, and open to questions.

My moving experience with Armbruster Moving and Storage was awesome!! The guys were excellent at their work, willing to help you in any way, always courteous, and had very pleasant personalities!!! It was fun to be around them, even though they were working, and have a few laughs!!! I don’t have anything bad say about them, because they were GREAT!!! Thank you for all your hard work!!!

Friendly, focused, respectful trio of young men who cleared out two storage lockers and moved it all into my new home, on a really cruddy winter day, with nothing broken, marred, or destroyed. Getting my belongings into those storage lockers, with a competing company, was an awful experience.I hope I never move again, but if I do, Armbruster will be my first call.

This company is a JOKE. They refused to move my Treadmill and I had to pay a different company to move it. Most important they broke my 82’ TV and refused to take responsibility for it. They said they don’t recall moving a82’ TV out of one basement and putting it in the next basement. Anyone with a half a brain could remember that. So don’t use this company. Time to contact my lawyer and the better business peopleAll anyone wants is people take responsibility of what they did

Great group of movers came to help us move boxes and large items John (I think?), Evan, and Moses were efficient, careful with our things and communicative. When the timing of the move changed slightly they called and kept us updated. They finished the move faster than anticipated. Would hire this company again.

Great Move! Very nice guys! Very careful, very thorough. It was raining and i was moving to the 3rd floor of a condo building. They handled everything like champs! Plastic wrapped everything to protect from the rain and even put down cardboard and blankets to protect the floors. Kept communicating with me so i knew exactly where they were with everything. Very pleased. Thank you!

Terrible company. Nothing but issues from the packers to the delivery. Boxes labeled wrong and what is labeled has nothing to do with what is in the box. They make you feel rushed. Not able to keep a time frame for the delivery. They showed up 4 hours late and almost midnight on a Saturday night. Box’s that were supposed to go to warehouse was delivered and things that were supposed to be delivered went to warehouse. Damaged items and missing items and they take NO responsibility for it whatsoever. They blame us. We will be going to Mayflower Corporate to let them know they have a partnership with a company like this. Which of course at the end of the day will not make any difference. Never use them
