Armbruster Wins Mayflower Customer Excellence Award 2022
Brunswick, OH (March 2022) - Armbruster Moving & Storage has again been recognized as a Mayflower Customer Excellence award recipient. The company accepted this award at the UniGroup Learning Conference held earlier this month. Armbruster has received this award, previously known as the Customer Choice award, 17 times in the 20 years they have been in the industry.
The Customer Excellence award is based on “customer survey results and van line star ratings in the areas of claims, safety, RDBS (revenue distribution and billing system) and quality labor.” According to UniGroup, Mayflower’s parent company, “the agencies receiving these coveted awards are recognized as the very best in total quality performance for their size category.”
Multiple Armbruster Moving & Storage team members, including General Manager Clay Armbruster, attended the Learning Conference in which they were presented with this prestigious award. “I am very proud of our team that achieved this award,” says Armbruster. “To win Customer Excellence, it takes everyone in every position at our agency working together toward the common goal.”
